Promotional participation is entirely optional, and there is no obligation to purchase any promotional services in order to receive assistance.

RTD Strong is intended to support brands experiencing genuine hardship as a result of extraordinary industry events. RTD Magazine reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline assistance based on available resources, eligibility, and editorial discretion.

RTD Magazine may request reasonable documentation to verify that a brand has been materially affected by the RNDC bankruptcy. Any information provided will be kept confidential and used solely to determine eligibility for RTD Strong assistance.
