Our founders boast a collective experience of over 60 years in the restaurant and bar industry. Our passion for exploring the culinary and mixology scenes has taken us across the globe, visiting the restaurants and bars of North America (our home), South America, Central America, the Caribbean, Europe, East Asia, and South East Asia. Our mission is to deliver authentic cocktails that capture the distinct flavor profiles of recipes from the locations we visited in these seven regions—hence the name 'Seven Skies.'

Bali Rum Trader Canned Cocktail

Bali, Indonesia is renowned for hosting some of the world’s best beach clubs. Our inspiration for this cocktail comes from one of our favorite beach clubs situated in Seminyak. This delightful rum concoction boasts fresh pineapple juice and Pisang Ambon Liquor—an Indonesian-inspired Banana Liqueur enriched with additional tropical fruit nuances. 

Fuzzy Navel Canned Cocktail

This cocktail pays homage to many people’s first-ever alcoholic drink and serves as a tribute to our grandmother’s all-time favorite. This particular rendition is affectionately known as a ‘Hairy Navel’ due to the addition of vodka. While a traditional ‘Fuzzy Navel’ typically consists of only Navel orange juice and Peach Schnapps, the decision to go with ‘Fuzzy’ instead of ‘Hairy’ on the label was deliberate — after all, we didn’t want a word to deter anyone from trying this beautifully crafted beverage.

Raspberry Cosmopolitan Canned Cocktail

This cocktail stands as one of the finest representations of the raspberry flavor. Our take on the cosmopolitan draws inspiration from a recipe featured at a cocktail bar in Mexico City. Instead of the traditional cosmopolitan ingredients of cranberry juice and Cointreau, this version uses raspberry juice from macerated fresh raspberries and Crème de Framboise.

Passion Rum Punch Canned Cocktail

This Passion Rum Punch hails from Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, where one of our founders grew up. Hawaii is renowned for its abundance of tropical fruits and vibrant flavors. Among these, one of the island's most beloved juice blends is a punch made from passionfruit, orange, and guava—a local favorite. Inspired by a recipe from a popular tiki bar on the island, this version of Rum Punch showcases the tropical trio, with passionfruit taking center stage.
